TAKEN OUT: DESPOTIC REGIME was filmed as part of a sixty-second film contest. Though it won the most number of likes, it didn't win the competition (which subsequently shut down).
Chantal is a community leader, an artist, a peaceful protester. She stands up for human rights, the environment and fairness. Under the government's new law, she is also considered to be a terrorist. In this micro film we are forced down the rabbit hole to learn why we have to stand up to protect our rights, freedoms and privacy.
